Recipes
Spotted Wolffish is a versatile fish that has many uses. The firm, delicate meat is perfect on the grill, turned in a wok or as sushi. It can be seasoned just the way you want, and when marinated is very moist. Together with master chef Roy Magne Berglund, we have developed recipes that are suitable for both every day and festive occasions.

It takes time, care, and patience to be able to offer a fish of the highest quality.
But for us, there are no shortcuts when unique dining experiences are the goal.
Sustainability
There is no doubt that to ensure a sustainable future we need to harvest more of our food from the sea while managing the ocean’s resources in a conscious way.
Arcticas Spotted Wolffish is an excellent alternative to the wild-caught fish, with consistent high quality throughout the year. Our production does not affect the wild population. This gives the consumer an opportunity to enjoy this unique, Arctic delicacy without endangering the survival of the species.
WWF advises against eating wild-caught Spotted Wolffish.
